October Faves [4th of November 2015]

Image
I've been  planning on doing some faves post on the blog for a while. I really want to try doing them on youtube as well but I'm still a bit to uncomfortable to sit down and talk about the products on camera. It's surprisingly hard to sit down and talk to an inanimate object (especially when there are people at home and you sound crazy while talking to yourself!). So starting of with writing favourites and gradually doing them on youtube will probably go better, I'll get a hang on things to say while writing them too ^^ Well should we start! 1. Turkish Yoghurt This stuff topped with some berries, banana, nuts and dark chocolate =  heaven! It quenches my while leaving me full and satisfied :) 2. My new job a the airport. Even though I've been a bit of a mess on it in the beginning, we've finally found the reason for my screw ups and I'm sure it will go better from now on. It's really fun to work in an enviroment with people around my age and to co

My cellphones... atleast my apple products tend to live veeery long more than most peoples at least,  and I'm an expert at dropping my phone and iPod but the screens never crack! ... up until now.... bang bang it just fell down... bang bang it's broken now....  Ugh what am I supposed to do??!! I was planning on getting a new phone and freezing the ''subscription'' until I get back but apparently you can't do that at 3.... And my sister tried to explain to me how stupid it was to keep an old phone for an extra year jiddijadda all in all my plan got more smashed than my phone now.... So I said screw it! I'm keeping my old phone and getting a new one when I come back! My Iphone 5 can probably whitstand a bit more. As long as it's fixed before I leave and I manage to keep it a secret from mom to avoid her '' what did I tell you'' rant.  :P

Sunny or Scrambles? [30th of October 2015]

I got some breakfast in my tummy just a while ago but it was so good that I wanted some more! I remembered that mum brought home some hamburger bacon so I decided for a good old bacon breakfast. We usually don't eat burgers at home so I'm guessing she mostly bought it because it looked ''cute'' and because I use to add it into my couscous salads. As soon as I saw these slices I though (yes yes laugh all you want) they look beautiful on a breakfast plate! Come on pretty food taste better!  I tend to do 2 eggs when eating eggs and bacon and gp for either sunnysides up or scrambles but today I couldn't decide ( I know the stuggles), so I made one each! My plate didn't end up as pretty as I'd imagined but that was mostly because I love my bacon super crispy and if I make it that way I have to sacrifice its visual appeal. But who cares food should first and formost taste good, shouldn't it? ;)

I've been quite absent from my blog a while even if I said I would get better at it.... BUT! I have a valid reason for it! I've started at a new job, with regular 8 hour shifts( not as my old 3-4 hour ones) and have commute back and forth from it. the hours are a bit spread but veeeeeeeeeeeeeery often I have to work early hours which forces me to sleep early and a bit sluggish afterwards. However as I work more now I can also save more money for my trip next [this!] year!!! I think I've been working alsmost every day this month maybe I've had 1-3 days off... some days when I was supposed to be free I was called and asked if I could cover for someone, more work means more money for the trip right so unless I'm completely nackered I will come in. '   I really hope I'll get better at my tasks as time goes so I stop feeling like a slow burden to everyone ^^'

Over the bridge with Granny! [22th of October 2015]

Nonono~ Calm down I don't mean it literaly. I just remembered that I never sat down and wrote about the time me and my family took that small vacation to Denmark last summer! It had been Grandma's dream since she got to Sweden to go over the Öresunds bridge and see Denmark. I think they were building it the year she got here so it had been on her bucket list since. First I was planning on getting her over it once I got my drivers license... but that was taking too long so we all chipped in and got her there by train and bus as her 90th birthday present ^^ So in June granny, mum, auntie, two of my cousins and me took a 3 day, 2 nights trip over to Denmark. It's very calm, beautiful and a good mix of classic and modern as I recall it. We stayed at a very beautiful Radison Blu hotel, walked around everywhere so we got to see alot of Copenhagen.  But mostly because we wanted to see the little mermaid. Now that I think about it... it had been better if we'd splurged on a
