I can see!!! [11/11-2015]

Or well... I've always been able to but when I was around 13-14  years old it sloooowly started to get gradually worse.....

At first I didn't think I needed any glasses '' it's so suttle, I wouldn't do anything'' But I didn't new that it would just get worse from there. Anyhow at 15 I got my first  pair of prescription glasses and used them as soon as I felt the need for them. I even thought that the glasses were very aestically pleasing so I'd just put them on with a smile! When people asked me why I didn't use contacts instead, I always replied that I like the way my specs look :) Plus I paid a good buck for them, why would I hide them?!

The first time I wanted to get contacts was after my first 3D film after noticing my vision had gotten worse.... at that time the 3D glasses didn't fit properly over normal glasses and I had to choose between seeing the blurry 3D effect or a sharper but disorted ''normal version''....  That was when I decided to get a pack of contacts to use at times  when glasses would be in the way, such as parties, concerts, long or active outdoor activities etc, anywhere where glasses could fall off or get dirty to often.

Since I just used them now and then these packs could last me even a couple of months! But now that I have a regular 8 hour job I can't bother to use glasses daily for work. They just get dirty and are in need of getting cleaned way to often for me to comfortably wear them. So I've decided to use monthly contacts to make it easier at work, monthly and not daily since daily once would be ''too expensive'' :) I went on an exam to look up my prescription on Thursday and it's -2,00 and 2,25( quite strong!) and the contacts plopped into our mailbox today :) It's planned that I should start using them on the 15th if I want them to last for the whole pre-planned period.

I've never used contacts before so I'm not comfotable with be careless with these things!
