Okay so I've almoooost missed the chance of being able to call this segment song of the week. In acouple of hours we're entering a new week! The lasy of 2014! Erhm anyway~ Back to what this is about, MUSIC! Last week I wrote about Kpop and I thought maybe venturing into western music could be fun in case some people don't fancy that.... Actually I hate separating music in to the categories of ''hey! here you have Kpop ( or any asian music) and westen music (all the other music from all other part of the world) ! :D'' like serioudly? that's such a gawky line to draw between them. Music is jsut music no matter where it comes from(but that's just my opinion). Okay so I'm really slow on starting to actually listening to this song because it came out in the beginnig of May! My beloved Yifan is finally home! For a little while at least ^^ This girl is one of my best friends in the entire world and she came from studying in America over christmas break! She did land on Tuesday but we decided to skip our surprise visit to her place as she might had wanted some alone time with the family~ Today our little gang was supposed to meet up at her place but after a series of missfortunate evwents the other two could't make it :( But that's okay we go a little alone time to speak about all between heaven and earth since she left, and she told me all about her new life :) How is it that other peoples '' new life'' stories are so intresting but  when you have to talk about yourself nothing seems interesting...? The neckalce I got is one of the 3 gifts my laopo gave me :*

I always have to start doing the stuff that needs to be done right before it's getting to late! But it's okay it's ooookay. I always end up finishing in time anyway, so don't worry ~ Am I the only 19 year old that doesn't get excited by wrapping Christmas gifts? Any gifts at all to be honest?! some people can create artwork that you don't even want to open and here I am going 'I have some paper, tape and it's not showing the gift... GREAT!''

So many people in this world probably lost some cantact  with this person once the ANTM hype cooled down a bit. But the thing is that our lovely miss J. Alexander has released his own shoe collection, and some of these shoes are goooood~ Just look at these completely adorable ballerina flats. They have a dark metallic coat and black leather straps up the ankle which give and classic 50's feel with a modern rockerish touch~ Or these reptile flats with a cute wavy edge against the skin. The combination of the reptile print and neutral nude makes them blend together more stylishly and give the piece more dimension and texture. They just look a bit more modern with it. Then a good shoe post need a good heel.... Okay I guess these heels are very short but they aren't less pretty for that! Imagine them with a long dress or a skirt that cuts off right at the ankle, or a pair of pants just as the model wears them. okay I'll calm down and go to bed now. Night~

Okay so I had this old mug that had been lying around in my room for a good 3-4 years. It had been a birthday gift from one of my best friends but the truth is I couldn't identify with what said on it so I just never used it. So I used it as a practice piece for the porslin pens I've bought to make some christmas gifts (for my cousins and one of their boyfriend). Each of their mug will have a special meaning to them ( I hope!). I thought the finished product of my test mug came out pretty decent! very cute and quirky ;)

Today I felt like my face was giving me a little outbreak as revenge for not sleeping well for the second half of this week , I'm sorry face~ But that's nothing to worry about we will quickly become friends again once I'm done with this pampering session. Firt I used the infamous Lush Magnaminty face mask for a deep cleaning and exfoliation,  and now I'm sitting with and organic honey mask not give it back some moisture :) Once I rinse it off and finish of my skin rutin we'll be friends again :)

The I know tajt this might seem like a little and maybe even cheap thing to give your friend for Christmas but let me start with, me and this girl have never really given eachother gifts and were not planning on doing it this year either~ Last time we were hanging out we were talking  about different beauty prducts (becaus we both love them!) just when we walked past the pharmacy where we spotted the neutrogena hand cream deal! My friend that has always wanted to try it out literally ran to the shop but they were sold out :(  Good thing I saw the same deal today agai. ;) I have one for her and one for me :)

Ailee is one of my top favourite female vocalist right now since I found out about her in the begining of this year through After School Club on Youtube! She has these  power house vocals somewhere inside of her and her amazingly bubbly personality just make her a whole lot better :D She is really the type of artist that really shines on any stage! Be it a bar in the middle of new york in front of a few drinking customers and passer bys that stop outside of the window when she takes on Whitney Huston (yep that happened folks!) or a crowded arean with thousands of spectators in Music Bank Brazil! The one of her songs that I've been completly obsessed with and haven't been able to stop listening to through out this year is the first song I heard from her, is the power ballad Singing got better   This song, THIS SONG!!!! Where do I begin... This song for me is solid proof that music isn't controlled by language. I still don't know exactly what she sings all the time

Well first of all it's pretty self explanatory. It will be a certain song I've been extra attached to for the time. As the music junkie I am ( I'm literally always having my headphones in my ears). And this blog feels like a pretty good place to vent out my feelings about these songs when no one bothers to listen to me anymore.   Because you guys don't REALLY HAVE to read it if you don't think it looks interesting, but I still get to vent out my feelings for the songs! :) It's a win-win situation ( I hope!) Libraries are always good places to open your text books. Or at least animes and mangas say so? Okay so in my case I open a computer and my writing book. I as many other people have a little harder time to focus comletely on what has to be done, if I sit in my room or anywhere in my house really! It's so easy to stand up and go sit by the computer, start surfing on your phone ( with the wi-fi) or go to the TV, a favourite magazine or book(when you actually know excatly where it is. You lie to yourself saying  ''a 5 minute break is just good for me'' and get disappointed  when it turns into a 50 minute break instead!  Well I have always wanted to sit down in the library and just study and to a plesant surprise it actually works really good for me. I actually thought something was going to distract me ( I was assuming my phone which I can still surf on even on the streets). BUT no! I put my iPhone 5 on the desk sure, but only becaue I feel like people shou

I can't be the only one that can is unable to find the müsli or granola whatever its called in english in the local markets! I just want one with the you know the usual grains and then I want it to be mixed with different nuts and well honey roasted(preferebly with some dark chocolate pieces in there) *drool* Why is it so hard to find?! :( Am I the only one that wants this combo? I either find plain ones with nuts,  with nuts and roasted with  dried fruits (which  aren't my personal cup of tea no offense to the dried fruit loves out there!) (this was actually Friday 12/12 - 2014 not on the Sunday) Finally after months of suggesting it me and mum finally decided to actually do the deed and eat at the best Italian restaurant in town. We have only eaten there once before and that was almost 3-4 years ago?! We just remembered that the food was sooooo good!!! We had made plans to dine with mum's god child, but we ended up being dumped right before the dinner :/ That didn't bother us to much since it was easily transformed into a cozy mother/daughter dinner instead :D So to the important stuff here, THE FOOD! We did not remember it wrong, the food at Basilico is divine! We were a bit economical (to say it in a nice way) about ordering! I ordered a salmon pasta and mum took a sea food risotto. We ate half of each and then switched plates to both taste both dishes xD                                 Personally I thought that the risotto kicked the pasta's sweet little butt~ The real winner

Wow?! I really, really wangted to work out today! But that didn't happen :( I never went because Emma came by and went straight to my bed for a nap! I thought she wanted to hang out but nope. Nap it is(was)! huh~ We ended up napping for almost 2,5 hours and the we had to eat breakfast/Lunch? Brunch it is! And well yeah, When she went home it was already too late(excuses, excuses!) and I would have come back too late afterwards.... The last class I went to was a spinnig class. And gosh did I underestimate it! I didn't bring water, I didn't bring a towel and you should know I needed some of those! It was the hardest thing I've done in a long time I think it was even harder than the CORE passes! I want to do it again though~

I've just been gravitating towards this mug for two reasons every time I drink tea recently!  The major one probably bring some type of hidden deep in my mind longing for the person who gave it to me~  Aaaaw that sound cute but nah it's not a guy just one of my best best friends ❤ And she's coming back in less than a week!  D-6 

I'm going to be babysitting the cutest toddler I've seen in a while :D It's a kid from my mum's work place(she's a kinder garden teacher).  Her mom is busy studying in Uni some times and needs to have someone looking over her little angel when she has late lectures or need t plan some group work :) That's where I come into the picture! It's Finally December and that means that I can finally start playing my CD's that I bought from a fellow fan at the Eat Your Kimchi fan meet :D These EXO winter special edition CD more commonly now and Miracles of December for you fellow EXO fans out there~ Just felt really out of place to start playing when it WAS NOT December yet... I mean even if the songs don't have über Christmasy texts (except Christmas day, duh) the name of the tracks do have a wintery/Christmasy connection! In Sweden (and some other countries in Europe) we celebrate advents in the wait for Christmas. It is celebrated the four Sundays before Xmas. We light a candle each time and have some sweets and tea and quality time aka. Fika in Swedish! :)  On the first me and my family are having lussebullar, julmust, tea and watching you who came from the stars = perfection!!!

so yeeeeees~ It is officially just 30 days( a month) left till CHRISTMAS!!!! :D 30 days till Christmas and about 3 hoursers until  I get my November pay :D I havent started with my gift shopping yet because I haven't had the time( actually more like I haven't had the money) to do so.... But I'll start soon hopefully tomorrw! I will not be one of those late-runner-last-minute-shopping freak just some days before the actual holiday! We will even start decorating this weekend :D prepare yourself for  baking an decorating kids!

Post I love how I was completely inspired to write a new post but started head banging 1 minute into the deed! I'm so tired after work today that I have to listen to my body for once and take quick siesta~ apparently they should be 15 min to lest than an hour or they do more harm than good~ Anyway I'll write a "real post" later~  Good evening~

While I was at on my days off from work (because we worried how I would feel after I pulled out my wisdom tooth) I had lots of spare time and used it to pick up my books from adlibris while taking a  walk with Granny :) The books I ordered was the ..... Dun Dun DUUUUUN *drumroll and fire works* The Maze Runner series!! Hold on one second.... Are these books and the movie as ignored all over the world as it is in Sweden?! Only my Bibliophile friend Julia knew what it was kind of~ Most other seem to like it for Dylan and Kaya (no shame in that!)....BUT! This story deserves attention because it's goood~! I've just browsed through the book really quick yet~ I'll bring it to work tomorrw because I have to shifts with a really long break between where I can go to my aunt's house drink some tea, read the book, chill for a while. Hi there yesterday me and one of my best friends Emma went to out other friend's house for a very belated Halloween party! Everyone had dressed up some how but no one was really serious with it~ For example, I was some skull/panda/cat thingy but was dressed completely normal. We mostly just hung out while listening to music we all like, while making sushi. Afterwards we actually got some kind of Halloween spirits up eating our delicious sushi/kimbap fusion while watching some of the creepier episodes of Dr.Who~

So I have finally, after eyeing one of these goodies for months, at last bought my completely own juicer! I love drinking  a fresh juice at town when I'm down there (and have the money to spend on them) but now I can do my own combinations for the fraction of the city price AND put ice in it(which they don't do in shops?) I got this beauty for almost a 50% off bargain at Kjell&Company here in Uppsala, It was a bit less than 350 kr! My first home-made juice became a mix of Green apples, carrot, oranges and lemon~ needless to say, it was DELICIOUS!

Today it's november 11th. 11/11. There were 11 eggs left over day on 11/11 at work! The Just a bunch of ones~  But the eggs isn't my topic here~ No! 1111 looks kind of like |||| or bunch of sticks right? Well pocky and pepero looks similar to sticks so to 1s~ That's why 11/11 is pepero/pocky day in korea and Japan :)  these are delicious chocolate covered thin biscuit sticks :) since the number one is associated with something being unique or alone( single) 11/11 is the singles day! Single people unite! No but it is! If you like someone you could secretly or bluntly give this package of pepero as some would on valentines day~  if you have a lover you obviously give it to them~! These candies come in a range of different tastes but the amount of versions gets even bigger during pepero day because "everyone" does this~ Personally I had to buy my own pack after work today:)
